In home is fine, please do use a positive trainer, no choking, no alpha rolls, no hitting, no shock collars, no jerking and no metal. All of those things are not necessary for a pup or a dog. If you use anybody who uses other than purely positive training, no harm or punishment to the dog, you'll have a pup who won't trust you, it's not a good way to bond with your dog.
