Every day we count our blessings. We are thankful that we have you and your dogs for customers and as friends. I want to take this time to tell you again how much we appreciate your business and your loyalty. We know that you have many choices of where to shop for your dog and you support SitStay because we do it the right way.
The big discount pet supply stores, big box stores, and many other pet suppliers online and off carry anything that says “dog” on it whether it’s good for a dog or not. There’s a lot of money to be made in those products so we understand their thinking. That doesn’t make it right. Billions of dollars go into marketing and advertising to make people feel all warm and fuzzy about that dangerous toy or the food that will eventually and painfully end a dog’s life. The marketing is so good that many people don’t know the risks they take by bringing those things home to their dogs. Wouldn’t it be nice if they were putting all that money toward a safer product? I think so.
We were one of the first pet supply stores online (if not the first) and we’re still here – thanks to you. You prove to me again and again that you care where your supplies come from and that those supplies are safe for your dogs. We know that means a lot to you, you’ve told us so many times.
We at SitStay will continue to bring you safe products every day, every order. I expect to be here doing this for the next 100 years and if I don’t live that long, I’ll have shared my philosophy with whoever comes behind me.
